Katie Walker

Katie Walker, LCSW, RPT, is a trauma therapist, nervous-system enthusiast, and lifelong kid-advocate with more than 15,000 hours of direct clinical work under her belt. As a Licensed Certified Social Worker and Registered Play Therapist, she blends EMDR, somatic techniques, play therapy, hypnosis, and brain-based education to help children, teens, and adults heal from trauma, build emotional awareness, and reconnect with themselves.
With over a decade of experience, Katie has become known for her down-to-earth approach and her ability to make complicated concepts feel simple and human. Her work has earned her recognition as Central Arkansas’s Top Kids Mental Health Therapist (2020) and as one of the state’s Top Trauma Therapists by AY Magazine for five consecutive years (2021–2025).
Katie is also the Founder and CEO of Grow & Guide Kids, where she equips parents, teachers, and childcare professionals with practical, brain-based tools for supporting kids. She travels nationwide to provide trainings and is the author of four children’s social-emotional learning books, with more on the way.
Outside the therapy room, Katie is married to Ashton, is a proud mom of two, and spends most of her free time on the family farm which home to goats, ducks, chickens, cows, and a herd of extremely pampered mini pigs who fully believe they run the property (and honestly… they might).
Margaret Ann Taylor
Margaret Ann Standridge is a Licensed Certified Social Worker with a passion for helping teens and adults heal from past trauma and improve symptoms of depression and anxiety. She has been in the mental health field for over 5 years and has had the privilege of working with children and adults in both an inpatient and outpatient setting. She knows how difficult it is to take the first step and seek therapy, which is why she will be there every step of the way to help you identify what you need to begin to heal while creating a safe environment. Margaret Ann has been trained in EMDR and loves helping her clients work through tough things by using techniques outside of normal talk therapy. In addition to therapy services,
Margaret Ann will offer SAFE home studies through Indigo for any families seeking to be approved for adoption.

Outside of work Margaret Ann enjoys spending time with family and friends (including her fur babies Piper and Tilly), traveling, and spending time outdoors in the Natural State. She is looking forward to this next chapter and combining her passion for mental health with business ownership!
Brett Wilson
Most people Brett meets share the same goals in life: to be happy, to have fun, and to make the most of the time they are given. Sometimes obstacles get in the way of those goals, and often, the biggest obstacle is ourselves. Brett works alongside clients as a teammate to identify what is holding them back and to help get life back on track. His style is plain spoken, with a touch of humor, while also offering the challenge and insight needed to recognize thoughts or behaviors that may be preventing growth.
Brett is a Licensed Professional Counselor (AR License #P1408055) who enjoys helping people work through struggles with anger, depression, anxiety, and the effects of trauma that can leave them feeling stuck or hopeless. He earned his Master’s Degree in Community Counseling from the University of Central Arkansas in 2010 and is certified in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Brett has worked extensively with symptoms of PTSD and has experience counseling adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups in both inpatient and outpatient settings throughout his 10 years in the mental health field.
Outside of work, Brett enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, exploring the outdoors, and tending his garden.

Ryann Webb and Daisy
Healing happens on every level: mind, body, and spirit.
In her practice, Ryann combines traditional therapy with a holistic approach, helping clients not only process their stories but also reconnect with balance, safety, and wholeness.
She is trained in EMDR and nervous system regulation, which means she works with clients to gently release stored stress and trauma while building greater balance and resilience.
And it’s not just Ryann in the room. Clients are also joined by Daisy, her certified pet therapy partner. Together, they create a safe space for mind, body, and spirit healing. Daisy’s calm and loving presence helps clients feel grounded and supported in ways words often can’t. Animals have a beautiful way of softening the nervous system, grounding us, and reminding us that healing does not have to feel heavy.

Outside of social work Ryann loves spending time with her animals. Her husband and her have 5 dogs, a cow, chickens, a rabbit, and a horse! They love being outdoors on the lake, hiking, or backpacking!

Nina Harrison
Nina is a Licensed Certified Social Worker (License #4236-C) who has been providing mental health services for several years. Nina was also a School Counselor for five years and a Pediatric Medical Social Worker for a non-profit hospice organization.
Nina loves working with kids who deal with anxiety, aggression, emotion regulation, depression, adjustment disorders, and RAD.
Nina likes helping kids improve/practice their communication skills and coping skills through lots of treatment modalities that include art, play, origami, board games, role play activities, kinetic sand, and workbooks tailored to each child’s individual needs. Nina says, “Building children’s emotion word vocabulary is also an important part of treatment and is incorporated in every session.”
Nina graduated with her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2007. She also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Central Arkansas.
In her spare time she enjoys attending her four children’s sporting, band, and school events with her husband of 25 years. She also enjoys running and is an avid track and field fan.

Shelby Barnhill
Shelby is a Licensed Certified Social Worker with over 9 years of experience, She has dedicated her career to supporting men, women, young adults, and teenagers dealing with trauma, domestic violence, human trafficking, and challenges in marital and work relationships. Her approach is grounded in problem solution-focused therapy, trauma-informed care, and crisis intervention.
She is committed to connecting individuals with community resources and providing faith-based or non-faith-based services upon client request. Her expertise lies in creating a safe, supportive space for personal growth and healing.
In her spare time, she enjoys doing CrossFit and is passionate about teaching others to be strong and confident in their bodies.

Rosa Chavez
Rosa Chavez has 18 years experience working as a Licensed Professional Counselor. She is passionate about helping those who feel overwhelmed with anxiety, panic and trauma and is trained in EMDR Therapy. Rosa is a bilingual counselor and speaks Spanish fluently. In her previous experience, working with a non-profit agency in Nashville, Tennessee she had the opportunity to provide culturally sensitive therapy to many refugees and immigrants and has a heart for making clients feel heard and welcome in her office.

Anna Grace Chandler
Anna Grace is passionate about working with teenagers and adults navigating hardships in their lives and consider it a privilege to walk alongside them. Anna Grace has experience helping individuals recover from addiction and establish sobriety/recovery from substance abuse and eating disorders. She finds it an honor to support individuals as they navigate codependency, familial discord, spousal discord, betrayal trauma, grief-induced anger, life transitions, reintegration into society after incarceration, anxiety, and depression. It brings her joy to help others heal, establish boundaries and coping skills, find their voice, and process their emotions.
Anna Grace received her bachelors in social work in 2013 from Harding University and her master’s in social work from Roberts Wesleyan College in Rochester, New York in 2016. She is currently a Licensed Certified Social Worker in the state of Arkansas. She has worked as the director of mental health at Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility, the clinical director at Natural State Recovery Centers and currently a therapist for the eating disorder team at Arkansas Children’s Hospital. Anna Grace has also worked at an alternative high school and investigative team in Rochester, New York and as an adolescent caseworker in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Anna Grace has experience working in an outpatient and inpatient mental health setting.
Anna Grace was nominated and chosen as a 2022 NASW AR leadership academy fellow . She was invited to join the NASW Arkansas Hall of distinguished leaders in 2024 for being a positive change agent. Anna Grace is trained in EMDR, multi systemic therapy and teen tripe p therapy.
Anna Grace enjoys spending time with her husband Reed and daughter Belen. She has two dogs Rocky and Sonny who she adores. She loves to read, hike, meditate, take local crafting classes to challenge herself as she is not craftsy and play card games.

Cameisha Brewer Dickerson
Cameisha Brewer Dickerson is a Licensed Professional Counselor who helps high-achieving women, college students, and professionals break free from anxiety and perfectionism so they can lead with confidence and clarity—in every area of life. Clients often describe her as insightful, empowering, and down-to-earth, with a gift for making even the most complex emotions feel manageable.
With a background in education and years of experience supporting teachers, healthcare professionals, realtors, administrators, and women in leadership, Cameisha understands the unique mental load that comes with managing both personal and professional expectations. She creates a nonjudgmental space where clients can slow down, process deeply, and develop practical strategies to regain control of their time, emotions, and goals.
Cameisha integrates evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) solution-focused techniques, and mindset work—tailored to each client’s lifestyle and values. For those seeking it, she also offers Christian-based counseling.
In addition to her clinical work, Cameisha is a professional speaker and the author of Thought Life Confessions, Inner Conversations of Anxious Successful Women, a book that encourages women to embrace mental wellness while building a life they love. She believes that mental health is not just about coping—it’s about thriving.

Dominque Norman
Dominque (she/her/hers) is a Licensed Certified Social Worker who was born and raised in Western NY, until she relocated to Arkansas in 2019. She obtained her Master of Social Work (2017) and Doctor of Social Work (2024) at the University of Buffalo School of Social Work in Buffalo, NY.
Dominque comes to us with 8 years of experience working alongside youth and adults. Her experience is grounded in working with clients experiencing rural poverty, homelessness, trauma, self-harming behaviors, suicidal ideations, symptoms of anxiety, and those who identify as LGBTQ+.
Throughout her experience, Dominque has worked in inpatient behavioral health settings, outpatient mental health settings, schools, and medical settings delivering therapeutic interventions. She uses an eclectic approach in her sessions, incorporating aspects of TF-CBT, play therapy techniques, trauma-informed care, and crisis intervention. She is committed to tailoring interventions to the needs of her patients, meeting the client where they are to ensure a safe and collaborative environment. It’s important to Dominque that her clients feel respected, regardless of age, and that they have a say in what their treatment looks like.
Lauren Rather
Lauren has over 10 years of medical billing experience with degrees in medical assisting, transcription, billing, coding, and health professions. She understands the ins and outs of the medical insurance field and how difficult it can be to navigate. She takes pride in trying to simplify the process for others, giving them peace of mind along with a better understanding of how their policies work. Outside of work Lauren spends most of her time with her 3 dogs. When she’s not wrangling her fur children she enjoys getting to take advantage of the beautiful lakes and rivers in the natural state, live music, crafting, and the occasional self care days of shopping and good food.
